Should the price of fashion inspired by nature cost so much green? A recent article in Boho Magazine titled “Into The Woods” featured a gallery of “nature’s inspired style”….The first embroidered top was by Free People – whose clothing line I’ve always loved! I have been receiving catalogues and emails from Free People for YEARS!!!! I even talked to them about possibly using my song “Karma Bums” in one of their videos…..But, I must confess…I am able to find this same vibe for half the dough dough.
There is something funny about seeing articles in Marie Claire that read “California Dreamin”: Get the Hippie Look…Hippie days are here again. Adorning herself in luxe chiffon layers, flower-child prints, and leather stone accessories, the Malibu bohemian becomes one with nature” LOL! This cracks me up – playing dress up with hippie identity – doesn’t the word Malibu usually go with Barbie? I have no problem with any person – no matter who they are – where their from – or what they do – wanting or having more depth in their lives, and of course no problem with anyone becoming one with nature but…… does it really cost $25,000 to do that? LOL! Don’t believe me see the snapshot I took below that listed the prices of this “Malibu Bohemian”.

Boho style doesn’t have to mean dollar signs. Especially when this boho kinda hippie style is inspired by mother nature herself – it only “feels natural” that the cost of this style be more down to earth.

I think this is a great post. One thing that I find the most helpful is number five. Sometimes when I write, I just let the flow of the words and information come out so much that I loose the purpose. It
