Single: Gravity’s Job
Spun in clubs, lounges and stores around the LA area, Gravity’s Job placed Mali on the radar as most anticipated indie Artist to rise up. Receiving global requests for Gravity’s Job album to be shipped to them after selling out from CD Baby. The video for this single has received close to 5k plays on word of mouth marketing alone. Gravity’s Job is the first single released from Intangible Sketches.
The tag line “It’s Gravity’s Job to pull me down not yours” captures the attitude of this first single. The image of Mali suspended in air as if to say not even Gravity can hold her down, or keep her from rising above the things that try and control her. Addressing the natural laws and the un-natural laws of every day living and the pain that comes from these restrictions. Gravity’s Job is about being air born, breaking the un-natural made up rules in order to be free.
Acoustic Album: Melodic Wand

Melodic Wand is Mali’s debut independent release. The title is a conceptual play on magic wands and the power of both a wand and acoustic guitar to move and inspire things and people. Together with her knowledge of the source of all things living, Mali has used this sorcery to compose Melodic Wand (Guitar) to touch and stir the souls of the good hearted.
The unique “Red Riding Hood” imagery reintroduce the magic of fairy-tales to a modern audience still battling to answer the question of good nature of bad nature. Finding the path that leads back to the re-connection to good nature (1st nature) is the goal and message behind Melodic Wand’s visual concept. But as we all know the path to recapturing our good nature, which is where our true identity resides, is full of unnatural obstacles symbolized by “the big bad wolf”. The unnatural seeks to devour all things natural, but if we stay to the path in nature we can make it through physical life with minor scrapes and scratches.
